Our camping is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of its partners and users of its website. We undertakes to respect the confidentiality of collected personal data that it is required to treat during its activities, as controller, as described below. The purpose of this page is to provide the information required by the applicable regulations and by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”).

Processing of personal data on our website

Booking forms

The reservation forms collect the necessary data for the management of the follow-up of a reservation (Name and Surname, Email address, Telephone number, Country of origin). This covers the phase prior to arrival (possible down payment, arrival arrangements, etc.) and subsequent to it (lost items, satisfaction, etc.). Only if it wishes, the user can opt for a subscription to our database of customers used in the strict framework of our company to keep inform about news, promotions.

Statistics

Part of the collected IP address is used, but not retained, for rough geolocation purposes, in order to collect the necessary metrics in terms of dissemination in relation to the conditions of accreditation as an Applied Research Center. We are not able to personally identify the visitor. The website does not use cookies or tracking script, and does not use third-party services for analytics.

Log management

The IP addresses of visitors are temporarily stored in a log file, whose access is restricted. The use of such files ensures the proper functioning of the web server and its security.

Security

The personal data processed by our camping is collected and stored in a secure environment. Our staff is obliged to respect the confidentiality of these data. To ensure the security of your personal data, the following measures are implemented in collaboration with our Internet Service Provider:
