GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTING THE ESTABLISHMENT

ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

The reservation is agreed with the lessor SRL Le POMMIER RUSTIQUE – DURNAL campsite

The contract is a tourist rental contract. The tenant cannot establish his main residence in the rented building.

The establishment includes 20 accommodations with capacities ranging from 1 to 6 persons.

• CARLOC mobile homes - 37 rue de Spontin B 5530 DURNAL - Capacity: 1 to 6 persons
• POD - 37 rue de Spontin B 5530 DURNAL - Capacity: 1 to 4 persons
• CARAVAN - 37 rue de Spontin B 5530 DURNAL - Capacity: 1 to 2 persons

Tenants must respect the maximum capacity stated for the accommodation. Any breach of this clause may result in the immediate termination of the contract.

ARTICLE 2: TERMS OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

Partial prepayment

The rental becomes effective upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total price of the stay:

• Via the secure payment system (Stripe) when booking online
• By bank transfer within 2 days following the booking confirmation

The remaining balance (50%) must be paid on site upon arrival.

ARTICLE 2 bis: SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of €200.00 must be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded on the day of departure after inspection.

ARTICLE 3: SOLIDARITY

In the case of multiple tenants, the person who made the reservation is responsible for all debts and claims relating to all tenants.

ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATIONS – EARLY DEPARTURE – NO-SHOW

The conditions for refunding the deposit in the event of cancellation are as follows:

• More than one month before arrival: 100% refunded
• Between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% refunded
• Less than 2 weeks before arrival: No refund

Early departure does not entitle the tenant to any refund.

No-shows result in the cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

ARTICLE 5: RESPONSIBILITIES – INSURANCE

Tenants must have fire insurance (holiday rental coverage) and family liability insurance.

ARTICLE 6: DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Pets are allowed with the owner's agreement. Certain dogs are not permitted. Valid proof of vaccination may be required.

ARTICLE 7: USE AND OCCUPANCY OF THE PREMISES

Tenants undertake to behave responsibly and respectfully and to return the property in good condition. Parties are not allowed.

ARTICLE 8: INVENTORY

An inventory check is carried out at the beginning and at the end of the stay.

ARTICLE 9: COMPLAINTS

Any complaint must be submitted by registered letter or email within 8 days following the end of the stay.

ARTICLE 10: TRAVELER CHECKS

The lessor is entitled to verify the identity of the occupants in accordance with the law.

ARTICLE 11: REDUCTIONS

Special discounts must be requested before booking.

ARTICLE 12: ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

By making a reservation, tenants accept these general terms and conditions.
